Content Policy

1.Never allowed

Sexual or sexualised depictions of anyone under 18, in any style — photorealistic, illustrated, animated or otherwise fictional — and whether or not a real person is involved. This line is absolute and has no exceptions.

Sexualised images of real people without their consent, including “undressing” or nudify effects (removing or altering clothing to expose a body), placing someone's face or body into sexual or revealing scenes, and any other use of a person's likeness to create content they have not agreed to.

Content that impersonates, harasses, defames, threatens or defrauds anyone.

Torture, mutilation, killing and comparable extreme violence presented for its own sake, as well as content that instructs or incites such acts.

Content that breaks the law where you are, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related material, and material that infringes other people's copyright or personality rights.

2.How requests are handled

Requests that breach this policy may be refused by our safety checks or by the generation provider, and fail to generate. When a request is refused, the credits reserved for it are returned to you — a refused request costs you nothing.

Where the line is clear, refusal is automatic. If you believe a refusal was wrong, tell us through the feedback centre and we will look at it.

3.Your responsibilities

You must hold the rights to every image you upload, and — for every identifiable person in it — their consent to the way you use the service and its results. Do not upload images of other people to create intimate or humiliating content.

You are responsible for how you use the images you generate, including the laws of the countries where you publish or share them.

4.Reporting

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, report it through the feedback centre. Reports that include context — what, where and when — help us act faster.

5.Enforcement

We may refuse individual requests, remove content and suspend or close accounts for breaches of this policy. Serious breaches can lead to immediate closure without notice.

Where the law requires it, we retain the relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement. This is an exception to the 24-hour retention rule described in the Privacy Policy.

6.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
